Ground rules of a reservation request

Revised October 24, 2026

1. The company on the other side of a request

Moonlight Limoz LLC ("the office"), a Colorado limited liability company at 3950 Lewiston St, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011, runs this site and its office, called Moonlight Limoz.

2. Reading, placing, passing on

The office takes ride requests for pickups and drop-offs in the City of Aurora to and from Denver International Airport as a transportation broker: it arranges each ride with one Colorado luxury limousine company that holds its own PUC permit, and passes that company's written quote and confirmation to you.

3. Who drives and who you pay

The car company drives the ride, sets the fare, takes the payment and answers for the ride itself. Your agreement for the ride is with the car company, on the terms of its quote and its confirmation (in Colorado, a charter order), which state the company's legal name and PUC permit number, the total charge and how it is charged, the pickup time and address, the type of car, and the names and phone numbers of the rider and the company. Changes, cancelling and refunds follow the company's own terms, which it states in writing before you say yes.

4. One fixed sum per accepted ride

The car company pays the office one fixed sum for every accepted ride. Riders pay the office nothing: no request charge, no booking charge, no charge for changes or cancelling.

5. Published numbers versus the quote

Fares on this site are starting figures per car, one way, for the crossing named, and the total can vary. The price you agree to is the one sum in the company's written quote. Shipping and delivery do not apply: the office arranges rides, and its answers go out by email.

6. What you agree to give

True details: the right date, time, address, number of riders and bags. A ride sent to the wrong address, or a car too small for what was declared, is handled on the car company's terms.

7. Care the office owes you

The office owes you three things: reading your request with care, placing it promptly during its phone hours, and passing every answer to you accurately. The office does not answer for the driving, the car or events on the road, which are the car company's.

8. Law and place

These terms are governed by the law of Colorado. A dispute with the office goes first to privacy-desk@moonlightlimoz.com or +1 (303) 373-9175; if it is not settled, to the courts of Adams County, Colorado.

9. Requests from adults

Requests are taken from adults. The adult who sends a request gives the details for every rider in it, and for children only the number and kind of child seats.

10. Copyright in the text, photographs and code

The text, photographs, charts and code of this site belong to Moonlight Limoz LLC. A notice that something here infringes your copyright goes to rides@moonlightlimoz.com, with the work, the page address and a way to reach you, and the office answers in writing.

11. When the site or the form is down

The form or the site can be out of reach for a while. If the page "Received in Aurora: a request for a DEN ride, waiting to be reserved" did not open after you pressed the button, the request did not arrive: call +1 (303) 373-9175 in phone hours or write to rides@moonlightlimoz.com, and the office takes it from there.

12. A clause set aside by a court

A clause of these terms that a court sets aside leaves the others standing, and the ride itself stays governed by the company's written quote and confirmation.

13. The date at the top

The date at the top changes when these terms change, and each request is read under the terms in force on the day it was sent.
