A reserved ride, moved or called off
Revised October 24, 2026
A ride becomes reserved when you reply yes to the car company's written quote and the company sends its confirmation. From that moment the company's own rules for changes and cancelling apply, and the confirmation prints them. This page explains how a change moves and what the office itself does.
Before you say yes
Until you accept the quote, there is nothing to cancel. Ignore the quote, or reply no, and the request closes. The office keeps the request only as the privacy notice says.
Moving a reserved ride
Reply to the confirmation, or call +1 (303) 373-9175 in phone hours, with the new date, time or address. The office passes the change to the company and writes back with its answer. A new date or a new address may come with a new fare; the company says so in writing before the change takes effect.
Cancelling a reserved ride
The confirmation states the company's own terms for cancelling: any deadline before the pickup, and any charge the company makes for a cancelled ride. The office charges nothing for any change or any cancelling, because riders pay the office nothing at all.
When the company cannot drive the ride
If the car company has to call off the ride, it tells you and the office in writing as soon as it knows, and you owe it nothing for that ride. The office then tells you plainly whether it can place the ride again.
Refunds go through the car company
Payments are made to the car company, so refunds come from the car company, by the method you paid with and on the terms of its confirmation.
