Details you give when you reserve, and where they go

Revised October 24, 2026

Effective October 24, 2026; version 2026-10-24, the version the request form records. This notice is given by Moonlight Limoz LLC, 3950 Lewiston St, Suite 100, Aurora, Adams County, Colorado 80011, USA, which runs this site and the office riders reach through it, and it is read under the law of Colorado. Questions and requests go to privacy-desk@moonlightlimoz.com or +1 (303) 373-9175.

It covers this site, the request form and the emails, calls and texts about a request, for riders in the USA, on moonlightlimoz.com. Once the car company has a request, its own privacy terms also govern what it does with it. When this notice changes, the date and version above change, and section 10 says which requests the change reaches. In this notice "the office" means Moonlight Limoz LLC, "you" means the person who sends a request, and "details" means anything that identifies you or a rider.

1. Fields on the form, one by one

The form asks for the pickup date, the direction, the flight time and number, the street address in Aurora, the nearest crossing, the car size, the number of riders and bags, a name, a mobile number, an email address and an optional note; if you check the call and text box, the form also records the time the request was sent with the box checked and the version of this notice. It never asks for a payment card, a government number, a date of birth or anything about health. Please leave those out of the note as well; the office deletes them if they arrive. Emails and call notes about a request are kept with it.

2. Answering, placing, keeping a record

The office uses the details to answer the request, to place it with the car company, to pass the company's answer back to you, and to keep a record of what was asked and answered. If you check the box, the office and the car company may also call or text you about that one ride; reply STOP to end texts. The office also uses the details to stop misuse of the form, to enforce its terms and to meet a legal duty such as a court order. If the office's business passes to another company, the records go with it under this notice. No decision about you is made by software alone. The details typed into the form are never sold and never used for targeted advertising or profiling.

3. The car company and the services that carry mail

The details go to the one Colorado car company that answers the request, which needs them to quote and drive the ride. They also go to the form service that carries the message from this site to the office inbox, to the email and hosting services the office uses, which handle the data on its behalf, and to the office's accountant or attorney when a record is needed for taxes or a dispute. Nobody else sees them, unless a court order or another legal duty requires it.

4. Twelve months or three years

Requests that never became a reserved ride are deleted twelve months after the date asked for. Requests that did are kept for three years for the office's own records, then deleted.

5. The browser

On the date above, the pages run one script, served from this domain, that opens the menu and shows the month and the starting fare in the form; it writes nothing to your browser, and the site sets no cookies. The host keeps short server logs of addresses and pages requested, for security. If the office adds an advertising measurement tag, to learn whether an advertisement led to a request, this section will name it, the cookies it sets and what it shares before it runs, and you will be able to opt out of interest-based advertising through the opt-out pages of the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance.

6. Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

You can ask to see the details the office holds about you, to have them corrected, to have them deleted, or to receive a copy. Write to privacy-desk@moonlightlimoz.com; the office answers within 45 days. It checks that the request comes from you by answering at the email or phone of the original ride request, and someone acting for you sends your signed permission. If 45 days are not enough, the office says so within them and takes up to 45 more. If the office declines, it says why, and you can ask it to look again by writing to the same address with the word "appeal". Asking costs nothing and does not change how any request of yours is handled, and these choices are open to every rider, whatever the state. Colorado residents can also take an unresolved complaint to the Colorado Attorney General.

7. Children

Requests are taken from adults, and this site is not directed to children. If children ride with you, the note carries only the number and kind of child seats (rear-facing, forward-facing, booster), never a child's name or age. If the office learns that a request came from someone under 18, those details are used only to arrange that ride, and details sent by a child under 13 are deleted as soon as the office learns of them.

8. Keeping the details safe

Only the people who read requests at the office open them. Pages and the form move over an encrypted connection, and mail is kept with the email service under its own account protection. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure, so the note field is no place for anything you would not put in an email.

9. Visitors from other countries

The office works from Colorado, in the USA, and details sent from another country are handled there under this notice.

10. A newer version of this notice

The date at the top changes when this notice changes. A change that uses details in a new way applies only to requests sent after it.
